SEMINARS & VENUE HIRE

The manor offers a variety of versatile event spaces that can accommodate gatherings of different sizes - work events, seminars and presentations, as well as private celebrations and anniversaries.

CONFERENCE

HALL

Our conference hall is suitable for small seminars and conferences, work meetings, team training and presentations. Theatre style seating can accommodate up to 30 persons, whereas U-shaped and classroom style seating can accommodate up to 16 persons.

Conference hall hire is 30 €/h. Venue hire includes: furniture (tables, chairs), presentation equipment (Wi-Fi, a projector and a screen, a white flip-chart board, markers), parking.

RESTAURANT HALL

The restaurant hall can be hired either separately (up to 30 seated guests) or together with the adjacent conference hall thus gaining additional space for a small stage and a dance floor or additional tables (up to 10 seated guests). If you wish to hire both the restaurant hall and the conference hall, the prices is 50 €/h.

There is also an option to hire the restaurant hall together with both breakfast halls and/or kitchen area which is a good option if you plan to organize a master class or invite your own catering company for your event.

EVENT TENT

The manor has its own event tent with wooden floors and white ceiling/wall draping suitable for a variety of events and concerts, big seminars and conferences, wedding receptions and corporate parties. The total area of the tent is 360 m2 (12x30 m). The tent is equipped with 18 round tables (1,20 m diameter), 94 grey chairs and decorative lighting. As there are heating lamps available for rent, the event can be organized also in the cooler months of the year.

Tent hire: 500 € (if hired together with the manor), 1000 € (if hired separately) or100 €/h.

TERRACE

Our new summer terrace is a wonderful space for romantic wedding ceremonies, special family or friend celebrations, cocktail-parties, master classes or presentations. The white summer terrace is surrounded by romantic tiled roofs, warm string lights and colorful flower beds. Depending on the event style, the terrace can accommodate up to 70 guests. The terrace hire of 200 € includes: event inventory (a set of chairs and tables), string-lights, parking. For additional cost there are grills (with all the necessities), heating lamps, a white screen and a projector available.

MANOR

PARK 

For unforgettable events in the open air with birdsongs as the background music, choose our picturesque park which is surrounded by centenarian trees and overlooking the manor's entrance. This is an ideal place for beautiful and informal seated and picnic-style events, as well as small concerts with a stage on the manor's balcony. The territory of the manor park is big enough to let your imagination fly. The park hire of 150 € includes a set of tables, chairs, lounge chairs and parking. For additional cost there are grills (with all the necessities) and heating lamps available.

SEMINARS AND CONFERENCES

When choosing one of our halls for your conference or seminar, we will gladly help you organize anything you need for the event – the technical services, coffee breaks, breakfast/lunch/dinner. Besides, we can also help you organize the unofficial part of the conference with a festive dinner, music and performances or an excursion to the old town of Kuldiga and the surrounding area.
